Ingredients:
2 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass. TOP with ginger beer, lightly stir and serve with straws.

Delicious “take” on a mule for us here on a hot Summers day. I rarely break out the Southern Comfort so this was a good prod to bring it out of the bar.

A nice riff of a Mule. The SoCo adds great cinnamon and fruit flavors (peach, cherry) that blends quite well with the spiciness brought in by the ginger beer. It was nice to have on a warm spring day.
