How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne and lightly stir.

3/4 fl oz Poire William eau-de-vie
3/4 fl oz Xanté pear liqueur
1 fl oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
Top up with Brut Champagne
