How to make:
SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne and lightly stir.
3/4 fl oz | Poire William eau-de-vie |
3/4 fl oz | Pear & cognac liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pear juice (freshly pressed) |
Top up with | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
