Ingredients:
1 12 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
4 13 oz Red bitter soda
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice or lime slice wheel or wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.

History:

Created in April 2023 by yours truly for Caisteal Chamuis. The name is a reference to this whisky's Hebridean home on the Isle of Skye.
