| 1 1⁄2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 4 1⁄3 oz | Red bitter soda |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange slice or lime slice wheel or wedge.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.

History:
Created in April 2023 by yours truly for Caisteal Chamuis. The name is a reference to this whisky's Hebridean home on the Isle of Skye.

- 9.29% alc./vol. (9.29° proof)
- 16.3 grams of pure alcohol
