Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Belle de Brillet pear liqueur |
| 3⁄4 oz | Apple Schnapps liqueur |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1 pinch | Cinnamon powder (ground) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
Review:
Light (low in alcohol) and tad on the sweet side, apple and pear with a hint of cinnamon spice.
History:
Created in 2002 at The Borough, Edinburgh, Scotland. Originally named after a well-known cockney duo but renamed after the cockney rhyming slang for pear.
