How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Belle de Brillet pear liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Apple Schnapps liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1 pinch | Cinnamon powder (ground) |

History:
Created in 2002 at The Borough, Edinburgh, Scotland. Originally named after a well-known cockney duo but renamed after the cockney rhyming slang for pear.
