Serve in

a Martini glass...
2 fl oz Vanilla infused Ketel One vodka
½ fl oz Coconut rum liqueur
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
¼ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
¼ fl oz Lejay Curacao Bleu

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass. Then POUR your favoured final liqueur into the centre of the drink. It should sink.

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge on rim

Comment:

A great looking, fairly sweet cocktail with hints of vanilla, coconut and pineapple.





Variant:

This drink can be finished with your choice of three different coloured and flavoured liqueurs. Substitute blue curaçao (blue) for either Midori (green) or Chambord (red).
