50 ml | Tanqueray London Dry Gin |
15 ml | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
7.5 ml | Agave syrup |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
5 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
