I made this yesterday because I wanted a drink that would go with an eye patch I had to wear after detached retina surgery. I followed the recipe exactly, and my stout of choice was a nitro milk stout (made by Left Hand Brewing). It was as sweet as expected, and surprisingly tasty. You couldn't drink it all night, and maybe it is fairly well-suited to a student union bar, but it's definitely worth trying! Also, if interested, here's a video of me making it: https://youtu.be/J0m_GFjdAGw

gd math... Made a short version of this with 30 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca, 90 ml homebrew clone of Alaskan Smoke Porter, and a fortunately-measured topping with cola... addictive!
