Ingredients:
56 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 23 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
2 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Was fantastic to start off but added .5 oz. of Carpano Antica, had to fetch my brown pants.

Not a big fan of Campari but I have to say : " God this drink is good ! " I really like the combinaison of red bitter and pink grapefruit, I think you should give it a try if you aren't a big fan of Campari like me !

I thought I'd love this being a big fan of both Campari/Italian bitter red and grapefruit juice, but the two of them very effectively neutralize each other, creating something far more mild combined than either are on their own. A waste of Campari.

Seriouslly good, refreshing,tart and full flavoured. Perfect for sipping on the patio as the sun goes down.
