| 5 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Citroen Vodka |
| 3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Rosé champagne |
Garnish: Skewered raspberry & mint sprigs bouquet
How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add nest 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
