| 3 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) | 
| 10 ml | Rhum Clément Select Barrel | 
| 30 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur | 
| 10 ml | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur | 
| 10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) | 
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) | 
| 0.3 ml | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters | 
| 30 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
