Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Green tea liqueur
1 oz Jasmine tea (cold)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of open tea pearl.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with open tea pearl.

Review:

Surprisingly fresh and light, this starts slightly sweet but finishes with refreshing bitter tannins. Tea pearls - hand-rolled balls of tea leaves -make a wonderful garnish.
