Ingredients:
2 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
14 oz Maple syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of optionally dust with cinnamon powder or cinnamon powder rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This is really a terrific drink. It might not be to everyone's taste but it really comes together nicely and tastes like very grown-up apple juice... and sips almost as easily!
