| 55 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 45 ml | Chamomile/Camomile tea (cold) |
| 30 ml | Monin Brown Cane Sugar Syrup |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 0.2 ml | Chili oil |
| 2.5 ml | Chocolate bitters |
| 25 ml | Fever-Tree Handpicked Elderflower Tonic |
