Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Absolut Pears Vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
- SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
