¹⁄₂ fl oz	Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Monin Gingerbread Syrup
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth
4 drop	Vanilla bitters
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest and mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
Garnish with a mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.

Created by yours truly and named after the Christmasy named Kris Kringle horse who raced in the colours of owner Robert Sangster in the late 1980s and won the Derrinstown Derby Trial for Vincent O'Brien and jockey John Reid.
