Serve in a Coupe glass
2 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 oz | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
1⁄2 oz | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
Lightly MUDDLE cucumber (just to bruise) in base of stirring glass, add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled coupe.
