Ingredients:
1 13 fl oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 fl oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
13 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 fl oz Pineapple soda chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Briefly STIR.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

I tried and didn't care for this - coconut was surprisingly prominent (given the recipe ratio) and presented bitterness which I disliked.
