1⁄3 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
1⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3⁄4 oz | Pear juice (freshly pressed) |
4 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Peated whisky lifts my Pear Drop cocktail from being a sweetie to being more a cocktail suited to an old salt. (I nearly named this Pear Drop in the Ocean.)
