Ingredients:
1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
12 oz Poire William eau-de-vie
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
34 oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge &/or pear drop hard candy.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pear wedge on rim &/or serve with pear drop hard candy.
