Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine chilled
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled
1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge..
  3. POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  4. FILL glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

Today I tried an alcohol-free version of this cocktail and call it "Pear-less"
