How to make:
SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda.
2 fl oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Top up with | Soda from siphon |
