Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 oz Shiraz red wine
3 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Raspberry on rim

How to make:

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

History:

Created 5th February 2014 by yours truly at the Cabinet Room in London, England and named after Gemma Monaghan, who incidentally is a Mancunian who supports Liverpool FC.

Lovely longer drink to have in winter (because of the Shiraz.) Sweeter but a dry edge.
