Serve in a Flute glass
1 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 oz | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
1 oz | Shiraz red wine |
3 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Raspberry on rim
STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.
