Ingredients:
3 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
1 14 oz Peach purée
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Peachtree peach schnapps
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Rocks glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice or fresh peach wedge.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.

I doubled this recipe, used Brut instead of Prosecco. Ran out of room for soda but added two dashes of peach bitters. Enjoyed it
