How to make:
MUDDLE melon in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.

1 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1 fl oz | Green melon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Maple syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
