4 cube | Melon (Honeydew) |
1 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 oz | Green melon liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Maple syrup |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Slice of melon & lemon twist
MUDDLE melon in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.
