Ingredients: 4 Melon (Honeydew); 30 ml Gin; 30 ml Green melon liqueur; 15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed); 15 ml Maple syrup; 15 ml Egg white; Soda (club soda)

Slice of melon & lemon twist

How to make:

MUDDLE melon in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.

1 fl oz	Gin
1 fl oz	Green melon liqueur
1/2 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz	Maple syrup
1/2 fl oz	Egg white
Top up with	Thomas Henry Soda Water
