How to make:
MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. Add other ingredients apart from tonic water, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.

1 1/2 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Passion fruit syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Lime & lemongrass cordial |
2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
