Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
6 fresh Basil leaves
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
12 oz Lime & lemongrass cordial
2 oz Pineapple juice
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Garnish: Basil leaf

How to make:

MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. Add other ingredients apart from tonic water, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.

Review:

This fruity, herbal drink is even better made the way Douglas originally intended, with basil infused gin instead of muddled leaves.
