How to make:
MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. Add other ingredients apart from tonic water, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water.

|1⁄2 fl oz||Giffard Passion Fruit Syrup|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Lime & lemongrass cordial|
|2 fl oz||Fresh pressed pineapple juice|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Tonic Water|
