| 1 oz | Ferro China Baliva |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lucano amaro |
| 1⁄4 oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Boker's bitters |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Cola (e.g. Coca-Cola or Pepsi) chilled |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
