7 whole Green grapes (seedless)
1 2/3 fl oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
5/6 fl oz Pineau des Charentes rouge
3 drop Chocolate bitters

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist (discarded) & white grape

How to make:

MUDDLE grapes in base of mixing glass. Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

White grape juice fortified with cognac and lightly sweetened by pineau des charentes with faint hints of chocolate.
