Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
6 fresh Raspberries
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
16 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Found this to be a bit more sour than expected. Perhaps it depends on the sweetness of the rasberries. Enjoyed but might not make again.

For me it tastes astonishing like raspberry cheesecake. Next time I would use more raspberry liqueur and less vanilla syrup. Also a dash bitter or lime instead of lemon could be interesting.
