Aged grappa adds vanilla and dried fruit notes to this sake-infused, vermouth-rounded, complex cocktail with delicate bittersweet depth of flavour.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2026 by Charles Schumann at his Schumann's Bar in Munich, Germany. Tomodachi (友達) means "friend/companion" in Japanese, a reference to the sake in the recipe that Charles created for his friends at Nonino. His original recipe specifies: 25ml Grappa Nonino Riserva AnticaCuvée 5 Years, 25ml sake, 25ml amber vermouth and a few dashes of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia.
