2 fl oz	Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry (chilled)
³⁄₄ fl oz	Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur
1 fl oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz	Pineapple juice
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Monin Grenadine Syrup
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of strawberry & mint sprigs bouquet.

Method

POUR all ingredients into chilled glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
SWIZZLE until the outside of the glass is frosted.
FILL glass with more crushed ice.

Garnish

Garnish with strawberry on rim and mint sprigs bouquet.
