Ingredients:
1 slice Cucumber (fresh)
2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
23 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
13 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 23 oz Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Fill half a glass with crushed ice and place slice of cucumber in glass before fully filling glass with more crushed ice. SHAKE next 4 ingredients (all but bitter lemon soda) with ice strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with bitter lemon soda.

This cocktail also pays tribute to Ernest Hemingway, by balancing aspects of the 'Hemingway Daiquiri' with cucumber, flowers and bitter lemon soda.
