15 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2.5 ml Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
1.25 ml Grande Absente
50 ml Pinneaple
2.5 ml Gelatine
