Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
| 1⁄2 fresh | Lime (fresh) chopped |
| 1 barspoon | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 1⁄3 fresh | Banana (preferably overripe) chopped |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
| 2 fl oz | Cachaça (unaged) from freezer |
With an overripe banana this drink is delicious, thick and creamy. A meal in itself.

The recipe also says 1 bar spoon of sugar and the method said 3? I used the 3 and it is sweet but not overly. I suppose the ripeness of the bananas makes a big difference here.
