30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
15 ml Monin Grenadine Syrup
45 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Fee Brothers Cherry bitters
