Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie
15 ml Yuzu syrup
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegg White vegan egg white alternative or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
15 ml Monin Grenadine Syrup
45 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Cherry bitters
