Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
1 drop Salt Solution (8:2)
10 ml Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny Port
15 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
25 ml Egg white
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
50 ml Myers's Original Dark rum
