- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
Method
- POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with lemonade and briefly stir.

This "Martini" might be lengthened with lemonade, but it retains the essence of a proper Dry Martini, both in flavour and punch. As with a Martini, the serving temperature is key to its success. No one wants a 'warm' Martini!
