1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1⁄2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1 2⁄3 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
2⁄3 fl oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
