Orange zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. POUR grenadine into centre of cocktail which should sink to form a red layer in base of glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bourbon whiskey|
|1/2 fl oz||Dark/black/blackstrap rum|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1 fl oz||Orange juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|1/12 fl oz||Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1)|
