Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
34 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
13 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
1 12 oz Cava sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon wheel & apple slice

How to make:

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with cava and briefly stir.

A good wintery spritz. It harmonizes better with 1,5 cl of ginger syrup. However, just 2 cl is too much, so don't go overboard..
