How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice & fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum (infused with vanilla)|
|1 fl oz||Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|3/4 fl oz||Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)|
