1 fl oz Coconut rum liqueur
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Giffard Coconut Syrup (Sirop Noix de Coco)
¾ scoop Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)

SHAKE all ingredients with ice & fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Classic Daiquiri flavour with a pleasing tropical touch.

Variant:

Blend with a 6oz scoop of crushed ice and a tad more coconut syrup.
