SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.

|1 fl oz||Coconut water|
|3/4 fl oz||Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1 barspoon||Ginger syrup|
|1 barspoon||Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)|
