Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
2 oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
1⁄2 oz | Patron Citronge |
1 oz | Coconut water |
3⁄4 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 barspoon | Monin Ginger Syrup |
1 barspoon | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
Garnish: Two pineapple fronds.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
