Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
3 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Maple syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

great, tangy, maybe 30ml lemon instead ? used apple cider.

Very refreshing, anytime non alcoholic drink. Really good. Maybe the lemon could be reduced to 30ml to let the apple shine just a little more.

It was too sweet for me, so I cut down to 15 ml maple syrup and it was great.

I’d use slightly more maple as the apple is quite over powering
