22.5ml (¾oz) Lemon juice
15ml (½oz) Simple syrup (1:1)
2 dash Shio solution (equal parts Hanamaruki Liquid Shio Koji and water)
A Japanese-inspired Daisy (Deijī means "daisy" in Japanese) based on sake with yuzu curaçao liqueur.
