Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | O/Purist Tsipouro |
| 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
| 1⁄6 oz | Dark crème de cacao liqueur |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of freshly grated nutmeg, cocoa powder & dehydrated banana chip.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created by Tasos Korakis at Almond Living Well Workshop in Paros, Greece, this was one of ten winning recipes in the 2021 O/Purist Quest. Tasos says, "Using O/Purist Tsipouro as a canvas I tried to portray the 1986 movie, Sid and Nancy, about the life of one of the most iconic couples ever, Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen, furthermore my love for Sex Pistols music was also one of my inspirations."
