1 inch	Cucumber (fresh)
¹⁄₂ fresh	Kiwi fruit (fresh)
2 fl oz	Bison grass vodka
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of kiwi slice.

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber and kiwi in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Garnish with kiwi slice.
