Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
12 fresh Kiwi fruit (fresh)
2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
1 12 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of kiwi slice.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE cucumber and kiwi in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with kiwi slice.
