Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Horse with No Name habanero bourbon
56 oz Elderflower liqueur
56 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare rosemary sprig for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Review:

A riff on Philip Spee's 2007 Beverly Hills Hotel Cocktail. Apparently, in cowboy lingo, a "crowbar hotel" is a jail, so when presented with a renegade whiskey I went in search of a suitably hospitable cocktail.
