A Gin Fizz with pleasing rich raspberry notes.
Essentially a Jack Rose with a couple of dashes of absinthe. (If making this with bonded strength applejack in place of calvados then knockback to 50ml.)
If using a sweeter Madeira such as Verdelho/Rainwater (medium dry) or Bual (medium sweet) you'll need to adjust this finely balanced cocktail. Even Baker
Boozy and very subtly flavoured and edging very slightly towards being sweet.
A frappé version of the Classic Champagne Cocktail which is given extra interest courtesy of a Chartreuse float.
Basically a Gin and It lengthened with soda and spiced with dashes of Amer Picon, Angostura bitters and orange curaçao.
Creamy cognac and spice.
