Winning cocktail: Palermo
40ml Patrón Silver
20ml Allorino bay liquor
10ml Bay syrup
20ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Aquafaba
Basil leaves
Ionized salt

Homemade bay syrup: To prepare the bay syrup you need a cooker, a small pot and a kitchen spoon. 500g of white powdered sugar, 250g drinking water, 20 dried bay leaves.

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into glass with ice and garnish.
