Winning cocktail: Popping the Beet

25ml Bols Genever
25ml Bols White Cacao
25ml Galliano L'Aperitivo
25ml Tawny Port
25ml Fresh red beet juice

Method: Mix all ingredients together in a preached 1250ml mix, add 250ml chilled water and stir. Strain into 125ml bottle and chill. For the serve, place the pre bottle drink into a biodegradable bag, leave a small gap and fill with chocolate vape smoke as to make a pillow, seal and serve alongside coupe glass with large block of ice and beetroot slice.
Guest experience: Guest to pop the bag and smell the aroma of the chocolate vape to entice their palate for the magic to follow. Guest to pour over ice and enjoy.

Method 2: Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker filled with ice. Roll and strain over large block of ice. Garnish with beetroot slice.
